Trusted brand name at a pretty unbeatable deal, under a buck an ounce for real vanilla ain't bad. I use it liberally and keep the bottle somewhere cool and dark--could see the plastic taste leeching if kept in this bottle somewhere hot or sunny.
Make sure you shake it before use as vanilla bean particles do settle to the bottom.
Add a little extra to leavened baked goods and I find in addition to a nice strong vanilla flavor, the readily boiling alcohol content really helps keep them light and airy.
