The shoulder straps are comfortable and the bag has plenty of pockets for all your gear. That said, they say the bag is large enough to fit their biggest lens with a pro body and that the big side pockets handle their monopod perfectly.

This bag has ample space for:
- 2 cameras
- 16-35 mm FX lens
- 85mm FX lens
- 18-35 mm DX lens
- 70-300 mm DX lens
I am planning to buy a 200-500 mm lens and there is enough space to fit that lens as well.
This bag has additional 2 compartments inside the bag for storing stuff like memory card, batteries, charger. Other than that there are two compartments outside the bag to keep stuff like wallet, phone, flashlight etc.
There is one big flat compartment on the inner side to keep documents etc but the only con is that the chain can be easily opened with one noticing, but there is a provision to lock that compartment as well as the main compartment where camera gear is stored.
It also comes with rain pouch and additional straps to support longer tripods.
The quality of the bag is excellent - material, chains straps etc. It also has back support for wearing it for extended periods.
The internal paddings are thick and amazing for camera protection. But these thick paddings make it big enough that it probably wont fit in airlines below the seat. One trick that might work is to remove some of the paddings at the top of the bag so that the bag can be squeezed if needed.

35mm 1.4L II Lens
50mm 1.2L Lens (very big for a 50mm)
85mm 1.8 Lens (will also hold the 1.2L or 1.4L - I don't shoot 85mm unless it's too tight inside for my 135mm)

To summarize: TWO professional camera bodies, EIGHT camera lenses, flash, laptop, tablet, phone, everything! The bag is not that large, but it's rugged and all that equipment feels very very safe. While it probably weighs 50+ pounds fully loaded it is still comfortable enough to lug from the car to the venue and back. I would not want to go on a hike with that much equipment, for sure.
Basically, this bag does what I intended it to do, which is allow me to take everything I need to a wedding shoot and only have to keep up with a single bag (two if I'm doing off-camera flash). You can even lock the main compartment with a small padlock if you don't trust that video guy to not sneak off with some of your L glass (just kidding - but seriously). I'm sure this bag can adequately meet other needs as well in different configurations. Good luck!
