The Good:
This stand is sturdy and well made with quality materials. Since it is mounted to the desk one should expect a little screen wobble if/when the desk moves but this is very negligible and hardly noticeable.
There are plenty of adjustments that can be made to customize the position of the screens.
The desk mount clamp is very strong.
The Bad:
There is not really any cable management on the bars going to the outside monitors. I will be doing some customization to remedy that. It is easy for me though since I have 3D printers.
The only cable management clips that come with this stand are meant to be inserted into a couple holes located near the center pole and they are hard to get in but keep popping out.
You really have to crank down on the bolts of the side monitor mounts to get them to stay in place. The cheap wrench they supply is almost not enough to get it done. If you have a socket or wrench set I would suggest using that.
What I Would Change:
I wish the main mounting pole had an opening on the front side about halfway up for the cables going to the middle monitor and that there were openings on each side (left and right) of the mounting pole toward the top. As it comes it's very hard to get all the cables to go through the single small hole at the top of the pole and it looks kind of funny. If my middle monitor were using heavy duty cables like my side monitors then they would not all fit.
Of course, it would be nice if you could route the cables going to the side monitors through the horizontal rails.
There is a swivel feature on the side monitors that allow you to easily convert from horizontal to vertical monitors. However, with the bar mounted only one hole down from the top spot on the pole my 28" monitors will not rotate without hitting the desk. I can only turn them about 45 degrees. I don't think raising the bar by 1.25" would change that much. So if you have larger monitors then consider that. Anyway, it is more of a deal with the size of the monitors and I don't use vertical orientation so it is no big deal for me. However, one drawback with this swivel feature is that it is the only thing on this monitor stand that can't be locked down. It doesn't seem to be much of an issue for now but I hate my monitors going crooked so if that starts happening then I will have to figure out a mod.
I wish there was some way to change the angle of the rails. I would like the side monitors to be angled a bit more towards me. I could change the angle more given the adjustments on the side monitor mounts but then the side monitors would not line up with the middle monitor.
Overall I am pleased with my purchase and I would buy it again if I had the need.

The Good: Incredibly sturdy and well-made. I'm familiar with machine work and while they do use coarse threads for the screws, the finish work on this was excellent (although not gorgeous, but it's not meant to be seen, is it?). It clamped to my glasstop desk with no risk of damaging the glass or marring it in any way. It went together fairly quickly and intuitively, with a minimal amount of time spent interpreting instructions. It holds 3 BenQ 27" monitors effortlessly, and you can pivot them to portrait mode with a touch of the finger. The pipe for running cord helps keep the mess to a minimum, and runs it neatly out of sight behind your desk. The entire monitor support arm can adjust up and down as one unit to raise or lower them in 1" increments, which is a great way to ensure perfect posture at your desk.
The Bad: This sucker's heavy. I'm fairly strong but unless you've got good upper body strength and strong fingers, you're gonna want a second person helping you get this installed and aligned. Aligning the monitors is a terrible pain in the rear; the pivots can work loose on certain axes of motion and then it turns into a game of 'adjust this, adjust that, go back because this is off now'. Once I had all three monitors perfectly calibrated and settled, naturally I found out they were set too high. Removing the setscrew that holds the monitor arm to the center column instantly hands you a
Improvements: It'd be difficult to make aligning the monitors easier, but the 4 axes of motion plus the arm slider makes it tough to get them all in line at once. A tensioner to keep them from swinging while I tighten the pivots down would fix this. Also, there could stand to be larger reliefs cut at the bottom and top of the pipe for passing cable; 6 cables total was almost too much for it. Finally, moving all 3 monitors (light ones, at that!) up and down was extremely difficult, even with two people. There might be a better way to lock that arm in place so it's easier to drop up and down.
TL;DR: You absolutely get your money's worth with this. It's durable, rugged steel and the welding is well-done and the powder finish is clean and thorough. It's not the sexiest 3 monitor stand, but it's certainly well priced.

Due to the shallow curve of the arm and the size of the mounts, you can only swing the two outer monitors slightly inwards, leaving a situation where the far edges of the two outer screens aren't really usable as the distance and angle are all wrong. This would be fine for some uses (video screens etc) but is useless for the 'office' type work I'm doing. Note I am using 28" screens so I'm on the maximum-edge of the recommended setup.
I've also struggled to get everything aligned. Despite huge pressure on the bolts, all 3 monitors tend to 'droop' slightly and won't lock into the positions I want. A locking mechanism to keep them perfectly vertical on that axis would be a good future feature. (Same to prevent rotation).
The cable management is good, but needs a wider shroud for the top of the pole (or better yet a couple of choices!) Also more clips and locations to attach them along the arms.
This is still a decent product if you want a monitor wall with a slight inward tilt, but if you need a more enclosed 'cockpit' like setup where the distance from your position to each screen is equal, it unfortunately doesn't achieve this.
[EDIT] After about 4 months one of the monitor mounts has failed. It was actually the only one of the three that held in place quite well, but I think the threads must be damaged or similar as it no longer holds any weight. This caused damage to an expensive speaker beneath, luckily the monitor seems unharmed. All my monitors are under the maximum weight limit.
