Plants are doing well - at least those my 25 year old clown loaches don’t munch down to the roots! Maybe that is a sign the plants were healthy and tasty!
I have a 29 gallon tall tank purchased from a local box store, it came with everything I needed for a basic starting point to improve as I could afford to. I purchased 7 plants one of which died before ordering this product. My levels were out of whack, I check them once a week and as needed to keep track of what worked and what doesn't for me personally. But after using this product for one week noticed new growth, after two weeks the plants that were stressed and turning yellow in color have greened back up. Since have added 5 red eyed tetras and 3 albino cory cats to the tank and everyone is doing well. My numbers are safely within perimeters and it is beginning to look more and more like the tank of my dreams. I did develop a minor issue with black mold but did a total black out for 48 hours and added 5 mystery snails to clean what I missed after physically removing all I could. I also found this locally since then and plan on continuing to use it in future tanks and my current one.
Has proven safe for all creatures in my aquarium, makes my plants look and grow very well. Would recommend this to any novice aquarium keeper for a safe and easy solution. I add 1/2 a capful twice a week to my tank near my water filtration outlet to keep it in the water without overdosing the water. From everything I read it stays in the water for 24 hours. I only feed my fish every other day to minimize overfeeding and so far am loving my aquarium and regretting not trying this sooner. My previous experiences with having an aquarium have not done as well as this one. Am glad I kept trying and trusted in quality products to help me overcome any issues that have arisen.

good, however, a bit on the expensive side, so I decided to try Flourish. Since that time I have found that Flourish works quite well
with my plants. I have used Flourish plant tabs with carpeting plants such as microsword and dwarf hairgrass, and the tabs have worked well.
However, most people who decided to grow carpeting plants should realize that while they do well with sand substrate and other fine substrates like Fluval plant and shrimp stratum (Fluval now combines the two), carpeting plants like microsword and dwarf hairgrass will not do well with ECO complete or Fluorite, since the substrate is too heavy for these plants to circulate new runners through.
Moreover, while sand substrate works well initially, it compacts over a year or two which eventually prevents a carpeting plant from giving off new runners, and the plant will eventually wither and die.
I had several tanks full of lush green microsword and dwarf hairgrass which eventually succumbed to this problem. So I decided to
stick with potted plants that could be removed for fertilization a few times a week. This has been helpful in preventing algal blooms.
I keep Anubias plants in pots and a few times a week soak them in a bucket filled with a few inches of tap water (which I add a capful of liquid Flourish to). This allows for excellent growth without the plant leaves becoming overrun with algae.
If you are keeping plants that are rooted in a substrate, I would use fertilizer root tabs in place of liquid fertilizer. This way your plants get the fertilizer instead of the bacteria and algae floating in your aquarium's water column. You can avoid algae blooms this way.
If your tank is completely overrun with plants you can then use liquid fertilizer as an addition to fertilizer root tabs, because your plants will use up most of the liquid fertilizer before the algae can have access to it.
